Summary of Position Purpose:
This position-holder is to handle daily jobs of recruiting, C&B, training and staffing. As a very important part in Wuhan plant, this position will support General Manager in well implementing all HR processes.

Job Description:
1. Ensure the effective implementation of recruiting processes and well communicate with department for their requirements on hiring new staff;
2.Develop and well maintain recruiting channels, Issue job advertisements, Search potential candidates, Conduct the first interview, Arrange interview for relevant departments, Tracking the whole process until positions filled;
3.Set up and maintain candidate’s database (talent pool);
4.Responsible for C&B, including monthly payroll and related preparation (e.g. attendance checking and monitoring), benefits (e.g. SI & HF), individual income tax, etc.;
5.Monitor local labor C&B status and turnover rate, support with maintaining company’s competitiveness;
6.Assist manager in implementing training processes, in charge of orientation training for general staff;
7.Maintain p-file, records and data in systems (e.g. SAP & Platinum);
8.Take charge of daily personnel procedures, such as employment of new employee, probation, termination etc.;
9.Coordinate relations with departments and employees, take charge of daily work of Employee Communication, Recognition & Punishment;
10.Other temporary tasks assigned by HRM;
11.Act as EHS Coordinator of HR dept, support EHS works according to related requirements.

Requirements:
1.Bachelor or above;
2.Above 5 years of HR experience in foreign company which is in manufacturing based;
3.Familiar with local labor law;
4.Familiar with MS2000, especially on Excel and PPT. It is a plus to have experience on handling related HR software;
5.Good command of both oral and writing English;
6.Good communication and interpersonal skills;
7.Good time management and execution; Careful, flexible, responsible & independent.
