Essential Functions:
A) Provides application engineering support for Thermal Interface and EMI Shielding products (40%)
1. Provides off-site or on-site technical assistance to customers
2. Coordinates activities with Inside Sales Rep's, Field Sales and manufacturing team.
3. Support the Inside Sales on customers incoming technical and applications inquires (via email/phone/fax).

B) Performs and manages Applications related projects for key customers to support the business growth. (40%)

C) Work with Sales Manager, potential customer and R&D engineer on New Product Development, assist in communicating with customer, collecting feedback and solving any potential application issues . (10%)

D) Develops and implements annual SOP's (Standards of Performance). (10%)

Qualifications:
l Bachelor's Degree in Science or Engineering, advanced degree preferred
l +7 years engineering experience, good project management and coordination skills.
l Mechanical (structural) design experience in electronics , telecommunication or automotive industry
l EMI and Thermal material application experience, especially gel dispensing experience is preferred
l Must demonstrate effective organizational and verbal/written English communication skills.
l PC Proficient (AutoCAD, MS Word, Excel, Project, preferred).
