Job Responsibility & Activities:

Following all the routings from overseas agent or direct client

Contacting suppliers for the necessary information and feedback to overseas

Arranging shipment under client`s shipping instruction. Oragnizing with OP for export process

Assisting OP to close the file for accounting dept

Sending pre-alert with necessary docs ot overseas agent and client

Making the shipping report to overseas office according to the specific client`s request

Helping manager to improve service quality

Job Requirement:

College Degree or above

Good sense of market

Having good communication skill with people

Team work spirit, self-motivated, detail-oriented, be able to work under pressure, very organized

Good in written and spoken English, familiar with MS Office
