Interactive Brokers (www.interactivebrokers.com) is looking to hire highly motivated and career minded individuals for Consultant positions in our Shanghai Representative Office.

Job Description
As a liaison to Interactive Brokers' retail and professional clients, the IB consultant is accountable for providing client service to IB's clients. This includes retail customers, financial advisors, hedge fund operators and other broker-dealers. Our aim is to build and maintain long-term customer relationships, provide access to desired markets and increase our customer retention as we expand on our product and service offerings.

Responsibilities
Mainly management and focus on a wide scale of client issues which includes: Responding to inquiries, concerns and complaints via telephone, e-mail, and on-line chat to achieve a mutually satisfactory solution while complying with policies, practices and procedures.
The core competencies include:
· Trading and margin analysis.
· Ability to identify, analyse, and escalate complex issues.
· Must demonstrate excellent troubleshooting and problem resolution skills to bring problems to a quick resolution.
· Takes personal responsibility for identifying client needs by providing a high value experience.

Requirements
· University degree (Bachelors) required.
· Must possess excellent oral & written language skills in English/Mandarin.
· Excellent analytical skills
Candidate should have at least 2-3 years trading or brokerage experience in either stocks, futures, options or FX, and should have a good understanding of market structure, order types, etc.
Other language skills a plus.
