职责：
? 实现规定的销售目标：每天，每月和每年
? 在店铺做零售销售
? 每日管理且激励店铺员工
? 关注最畅销热卖商品，了解市场
? 每日管理库存量并且安排适当的库存整理
? 基于购买流行趋势及模式，计划提前订购下季商品
? 发展成功的，有吸引力，有竞争力且具创新性的促销活动
? 收集使用竞争情报
? 创造一个有活力，有知识，以客户为导向的团队
? 对团队展现需要的领导力，从而达到目标
? 与购物中心的管理层保持牢固的合作关系，使店铺获得最好的条件环境

REQUIREMENTS:
？ The Retail Operations Manager must have considerable and successful retail sales management experience, preferably in the fashion industry, and have the following profile:
？ Displays strong sales and leadership skills
？ Enjoys strong negotiation skills
？ Is target-driven
？ Is a loyal and independent worker
？ Is a positive and dynamic team player
？ English and Mandarin is a must

RESPONSIBILITIES:
？ Achieve agreed to sales targets: daily, monthly and yearly
？ Be in the shops, doing retail sales
？ Manage and motivate shop staff daily
？ Monitor best selling articles, understand the market
？ Manage stock levels daily and place adequate reorders
？ Plan preorder for next collection, based on buying trends and patterns
？ Develop successful, attractive, competitive and creative promotional campaigns
？ Gather and use competitive intelligence
？ Create a motivated, knowledgeable and customer oriented team
？ Show the leadership required for the team to reach our goals
？ Maintain strong relationship with shopping centre management to get best conditions for our shops
