主要职责：

负责执行公司的维护体系，保证生产设备、工装的正常运行

负责具体生产设备、工装电气维护及维修工作

负责具体生产工装设备的机械改造、维护及维修工作

在工作程序范围内实行安全法规责任

及时解决生产过程中出现的相关技术问题

参与新项目设备工装的前期规划

参与设备工装的验收

在工作程序范围内实行安全法规责任

任职资格：

电机一体化或相关专业本科以上学历

具备3年以上汽车行业设备电气和机械维护工作经验

掌握一定的焊接机器人的维护及调试技术

熟悉PLC控制，具备一定的电器设备维护经验

熟悉焊接、装配工装设备设计制造，有工装设备维护经验

受过相关的维护及质量体系的培训

较强的组织沟通能力和团队精神

流利的英语听，说，读，写能力

有较强的敬业精神

Main missions:
Fulfill maintenance system, ensure equipment and tooling working smoothly.
Pilot equipment and tooling ‘s innovate & maintenance electricity.
Pilot tooling and facility‘s innovate & maintenance mechanism.
Push safety regulation in working.
Solve correlation technique issues timely which happened in production process.
Join in new project for equipment and tooling advance design.
Make Certificate Report for equipment and tooling.
Push safety regulation in working.


Qualifications：
Bachelor of Electrical or Machine engineering degree is preferred.
At least 3 years equivalent experience degree in related automotive industry environment for maintenance.
Master maintenance and adjust welding Robot.
Excellent in PLC control, experience with electrical maintenance.
Familiar with the welding, assembly, tooling equipment design and manufacture , there are tooling equipment maintenance experience in.
Had training in maintenance and quality system.
Good personal communication skill and team spirit.
Clearly communicate in written and verbal English.
Have spirit for contribute in career.
