Main Missions:

Implement the HSE Group ,Business Group and Division policy in the plant;

Study the national and local legislation and follow up the site actions to comply with the applicable requirements;

Advise and support plant management & employees for HSE aspects;

Make HSE evaluations of existing equipment, machines & installation;

Work in collaboration with the national administrations;

Support the HSE core teams and management team;

Define the HSE training and awareness sessions and communication;

Manage the accident analysis and follow up;

Participate in the workshops that could impact on HSE (Hoshin, workshops, new lay out etc.);

Participate to the Program Management System to include HSE in the new programs;

Implement the HSE management system;

Report the necessary information (indicators, significant accident etc.) to the HSE Division, Business Group coordinators;

Coordinate Health, Safety and Environmental activities within the framework of the national legislation and Faurecia rules;

Ensure employees' safety at work by providing security documentation and training actions;

Prevent the risk and minimize the impact on the environment;



Qualifications:

Experience in systems of 3-5 years ideally in automotive industry or mechanical manufacturing industry
