Job Responsibilities:

1. Interact with project managers to quickly formulate project plan and monitor the execution of the plan.

2. Good understand on requirement, functional and design specifications, especially on the architecture of the product.

3. Design and implement new features in product with robust and excellent quality.

4. Provide technical expertise and project leadership in the design, development and enhancement.

5. Test products and debug product defects.

6. Maintain the existing product and assist with solving customer issues.

7. Lead other software developers and provide technical help.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor in Computer Science or related fields.

2. +5 years of software development experience including 3 years in Java GUI development (Swing, SWT, AWT, Eclipse, NetBeans)

3. In-depth knowledge of J2SE and solid experience on UML, Design Patterns, OOAD and OOP.

4. Demonstrate in-depth understanding and skills in relational database and SQL languages, preferable strong knowledge in SQL Server/Oracle.

5. Strong project experience with JSP/JSTL/Servlet and popular open source frameworks (Spring, Struts).

6. Experience with Hibernate/EJB3/JMS is a plus.

7. Experience with multi-threaded programming is a plus.

8. Familiar with software development and test processes.

9. Strong analytic skill, capable of solving problems with minimal supervision.

10. Self-motivated and willing to become application specialist.
