*GENERAL MISSION:
Based on Auchan Ethic Rules, the Product Manager leads a sourcing section, to answer to the customer’s needs. PM is directly responsible for sourcing, negotiation and management of section to achieve business objectives, ensure achievement of turnover target and on-time delivery according to the company’s sourcing, buying policies and customers needs.

*JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- SOURCING MANAGEMENT
Sourcing new suppliers. Monitor and improve performance of all suppliers base:
- Sourcing new suppliers according Customers’ needs.
- Set up supplier strategy based on supplier evaluation and share with International Buyers
- Ensure the implementation of suppliers strategy through coaching, close monitoring of his team and suppliers in line of Auchan Policy, Ethic, and Vision.
- Involve himself in supplier management:
Validate new supplier
Evaluate supplier performance
Direct management of strategic supplier
Participate/ lead key negotiation

* OFFER MANAGEMENT
Communicate with International buyer and suppliers,answer to customers’ needs.
- Share with International Buyers for the customers’ needs analysis / Analyze customers’ needs for direct business
- Share customers’ needs with suppliers to make sure they understand.
- Offer a complete range of products matching customers’ standards and requirements
- Be responsible for the quality and performance and competitiveness price of offers to customers

* ORDER MANAGEMENT
Responsible for the global operation process to achieve customers’s requirements
- Ensure good cooperation of team with all support services
- Ensure the implementation of DOAPI policies and rules
- Make proposal to improve the global process’s efficiency

* TEAM MANAGEMENT
Manage his team to develop professionalism, team spirit and reach commercial targets with high performance.
