任职资格:

• 大学本科以上学历
• 熟悉汽车行业或快消行业，3年以上汽车公关行业从业经验，1年以上同等职位经验
• 具有整合营销或公共关系策划、组织及项目管理能力
• 具有良好的分析与解决问题的能力
• 能承担工作的挑战和压力，积极进取，注重绩效
• 有一定的客户关系及优秀的人际沟通能力
• 良好的管理能力和团队建设能力；
• 良好的英文读、说、听、写；熟练使用Office等办公软件

Job Overview: Establish and develop the mutual trust with clients, lead a team to provide a professional and efficient PR services to the clients.

Position Statement:

· Actively build and maintain harmonious client relations with mutual trust. Dig the business opportunity of a long-term and deep cooperation with clients.

· Analyze the business communication target of clients; be able to offer high-valued PR suggestions to the clients initiatively.

· Be full responsible for the executive management of the communication plan: Reasonable work distribution, controlling the implementation of communication plan, writing and monitoring the key articles, project costs management, etc.

· Manage the media relations with clients or project, optimize the media resources, apply the media resources effectively to exceed the communication targets of clients.

· Manage and give advice to the team members, create a united, active and efficient working environment.

· Take initiative to explore the problems in the services and opportunities to optimize services, organize all the resources to make an improvement.

Job Requirements:

· Bachelor degree or above.

· Be familiar with Car or FMCG industry, has more than 3 years in the automotive PR working experience or more than 1 year experience in the similar position.

· Be capable of integrated marketing, PR planning and organization and project management.

· Has the ability of good analysis and problem-solving skills.

· Can the responsibility of working challenges and pressures, be proactive and focus on performance.

· Has a certain clients relations and an excellent capability of interpersonal communication.

· Has good management and team building capacity.

· Excellent English listening, reading and writing skills.
