职位描述
Main tasks:
-Execution of our sales activities to OEM customers in target region. Explore and foster new customers;
-Build-up and keep good relationship with current customers by all means in lines with ElringKinger’s policies.;
-Get orders and collect the A/R. Achieve the sales target on the related region;
-Ensure customer requirements and communicated to our Engineering Departments;
-Work closely with all related functions internal company for projects acceleration internally;
-Make customer presentations and solicit RFQs, working closely with the KAM/sales Manager to prepare quotations for sale of our products;
-Develop marketing plans, projected sales forecasts, potential-product lists on specified customers and region.
-Finish sales reports on time and report to Sales Manager.
-Other responsibilities may be assigned by Sales Manager.
Requirements for jobholder:
Education:
-University/college degree or above in engineering, business in acceptable also.
Training
-Knowleget & training on marketing,customer management & management.
Experience:
-Above 3 years related experience in the automotive industry.
-Evidence of good experience of internal coordination and synergy.
-Experienced on automotive OEM/Tier1 sections; for example passenger car JVs; vehicle domestic; heavy duty; engineering machinery; E Moble……
-Experience in engine/chassis area is prefer.
Skills & Capacities:
-Ability of market development;
-Familiar with TS16949; APQP;PPAP…
-Strong abilities of office software, especially Excel and PPT…
-English in oral and written. German/French is prefer…

-Aggressive,sense of responsibity, able to work indpendent under pressure.
-Willing to learn & teach, innovative;
-Good communication skill & sense of customer service;
-Passion on work and teamwork player.
