工作概述：

维护并管理与媒体的合作关系；整体负责媒体传播计划的执行，确保达成客户的商业目标

岗位职责：
1、及时把握汽车或快消相关媒体动向及传播规律，对媒体资源进行有效的分析、开发和管理
2、建立有深度、长期并稳定的汽车或快消高端媒体关系，提升对媒体的运用效能
3、深入了解客户的需求，有针对性地给客户提供建设性的提议，制订新闻传播媒体方案，媒体传播发布排期计划等
4、带领团队高效执行项目的媒体传播计划，确保达成客户的商业目标
5、能组建并管理高绩效的媒体团队，负责团队成员的业绩表现、发展规划
6、对媒体传播成本负责，能有效降低媒体的综合成本

任职资格：
1、本科以上学历，3年以上相关工作经验，1年以上同等职位经验
2、有广泛、深入的汽车或快消相关媒体资源关系，通晓媒体运作模式和规律
3、优秀的人际关系管理能力和项目管理能力
4、优秀的资源开发和整合能力
5、良好的管理能力和团队建设能力
6、良好的英文读、说、听、写；熟练使用Office等软件

Job Overview: Manage and maintain the cooperation relations with media, be fully responsible for the execution of media communication plan, ensure to achieve the clients’ business targets.

Position Statement:

· Grasp trends of the target media and their communication rules timely; analyze, develop and manage the media resources effectively.

· Establish a deep, long-term and stable high-end media relation with Car or FMCG industry; promote the effective use of media.

· Understand the needs of clients deeply; offer constructive advices to the clients precisely; make a plan of news media; release schedule plan of media.

· Lead a team to execute the media plan of the project effectively to ensure the clients’ business targets.

· Be able to set up and manage effective performance media team; be responsible for the performance and developing plan of the team members.

· Be responsible for the cost of media communication; be able to reduce the synthesized media cost.

Job Requirements:

· Bachelor degree or above, more than 3 years working experience or more than 1 year experience in the similar position.

· Has a broad and deep media resources relations with Car and FMCG industry; be familiar with the pattern and rules of media operation.

· Have excellent interpersonal management and project management skills.

· Have excellent resource development and integration skills.

· Have good management and team management skills.

· Good English listening, reading and writing skills.
