1. Responsible for company's IT system, including design, development and maintenance LAN/WAN/VPN/Wireless Networking;

2. Established IT polices and standards operating procedures;

3. Identified opportunities to use information technology effectively and efficiently in support of the business;

4. Managed and organized IT department in charge of enterprise business functions which included infrastructure, telecommunication, ERP system, office automation, IT security, help desk service and IT skill training service;

5. Ensured that data, hardware, network and software were secured at all times;

6. Prepared annual IT budget and project plan;

7. Familiar with ERP system, and be good at ERP introduction, Establishment, Training and maintenance;

8. Well known about "Infor XA Release 7+" system would prefer;

9. Proficient in MS-OFFICE;

10. Be able to develop and maintenance company's LAN net work, Website, IT equipment, IP protection, etc;

11. Make sure the IT system to be safe and stable;

12. Familiar with PLC program and provide good support for manufacture process thru Lan net work;
