Store Manager – Servimex

Job Description:
- Responsible for the overall shop operation to achieve the sales target;
- Manage, motivate and train shop staff to build a professional and efficient team;
- Develop strategies and initiative for daily shop operations and management;
- Ensure high level of customer service is provided and maintain brand image at shop level;
- Handle customers' enquiries in professional manner;
- Control stock level including shop orders;
- Work with VM on shop display and renovation;
- Co-ordinate marketing activities to promote the brand and sales;
- Ensure the store complies with relevant laws and regulations

Requirements:
- College degree in Business Administration or related major;
- Minimum 4 years working experience with an international brand;
- Minimum 2 years in shop manager position;
- Fluent English speaker;
- Organized with good communication & problem solving skills;
- Able to work independently and willing to work overtime when necessary;
- Familiar with MS Office
