LEADER OF A BU INDUSTRIAL STRATEGY TEAM TO GET A CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT IN BRANCHES AND PRODUCTION PLANTS WITH LEAN LOGICS
Activities:
1. HE'S RESPONSIBLE OF A CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT TEAM (FOR BDS FIRST). THE MEMBER OF THE TEAM WILL BE DECIDED WITH THE CHIEF OF INDUSTRIAL STRATEGY BUIPV. THE MEMBER OF THE TEAM COULD BE IN TASK FORCE FOR THE PROJECT OR IN WEAK MATRIX (CALLED IF NECESSARY).
2. PROJECTS MAY BE FOCUSED ON ANY BRANCH OR PRODUCTION PLANT IN THE WORLD TO IMPLEMENT THE CHANGE MANAGEMENT IN THE SUPPLY-CHAIN PROCESS IN COHERENCE WITH THE BU GUIDE LINE.
3. AUDIT ON ALL SUPPLY-CHAIN PROCESS IN ANY BRANCH AND PRODUCTION PLANT IN THE WORLD.
DEFINE ALL CORRECTIVE ACTIONS NEEDS TOGETHER LOCAL RESPONSIBLE.
4. LEARN THE SUPPLY-CHAIN LOGICS TO ALL MEMBERS OF LOCAL ORGANIZATION.
5. HE'S THE LOCAL REFERENCE IN BDS OF SAP IMPLEMENTATION AND MODIFICATION.
6. THE JOB WILL REQUEST TRANSFER IN FOREIGN COUNTRY (WHERE ARE THE BONFIGLIOLI BRANCHES AND PRODUCTION PLANTS) POSSIBLY ALSO FOR PERIOD UPPER ONE MONTH.


Main objectives in 2011:
Control and assurance the achievement of the BU target for supply-chain process.
1. Assembly 100% of finish products for ACFS, W, 3 series in BDS
2. Normal using of branch KPI to apply any change in the process of the BDS
3. Local purchase of commercial item in BDS,Lean implementation in BDS (5S, flow layout, zero waste, eTc.)

Technical skills (requested by the job) :
1. Deep knowledge of Lean manufacturing technique used or implemented for several years in manufacturing company 2. Know very well the modern technique for supply-chain management in complex supply networks
3. Deep knowledge SAP specialistic packages (PP,MM,SD..)
4. Black belt-six sigma
5. Leadership, team building, problem solving
6. Degree in mechanical engineering or industrial engineering.
7. Master MBA or Advanced supply-chain management course.
