职位描述
Product Planning and Strategy for Viking and General Tire:
· Work Out and continuous update of Product requirements for targeted Budget and Value Segments, through segment and competitor analysis
· Define Range with clear Business plan and launch timing, and continuous Update of the requirements through raising TLAs Input to BU PM
· Define target product positioning, Work-out Competitiveness (Value proposition) of the Product Offer in the Budget and Value Segments in line with the regional Product Story (defined by BU PM)
·Prepare Launch of these brands's Tire line and TLAs into China based on Availability from BU PM
Product life cycle management:
· Analyze domestic market requirement, competitors products / product portfolio, consumer purchasing needs for Budget and Value segments
· Give Input to BU PM about Product Life Cycle and Raise Succession of Tire line based on Intelligence of Segment needs and competitiveness
· Lead the Operation of phase-in of new products and phase-out of old products
· Consult Pricing manager to set the Prices of new Tire lines and Set Phase-out price tactics
Market Feedback re. Product requirements and performance:
·...Efficient product feedback survey with the internal and external customers about the product features and trends
· Coordinate field testing for product performance Feedback, defining critical product performances for China in each segment
· Based on Product stories work out the Sales argumentation and Product related Training materials
Product time to market and supply:
·Coordinate CCC process to ensure in-time product delivery to China market
·Coordinate with internal functions to ensure product supply to China market
· Track the TLAs launch progress vs. Business Plan
Promotion:
· Propose corresponding promotions according to competitive scenario and ensure smooth promotion execution.
· Develop Viking POS display and communication tools and ensure adequate brand exposure to influence consumer buying decisions. Initiate and implement communication actions which is in line with Viking marketing strategy.
· Safeguard Viking brand image in China. Ensure consistence brand positioning and message all over China.
· Developing General Tire launch Plan (incl. brand investment)
Communication of Product:
· in line with Product Story together with BU PM define the Product factbook (FAB), do field validation for the FAB
·Cooperate with communication team and training team to develop product communication materials which could be well understood by target audience
· Follow and cooperate with the sales/communication to do the product training for internal and external customers, update the training materials and development the standard product training concept
BA in business/administratio/engeering
Good in English and communication.Over 3 years’ experience in Product management in tire industry
Marketing communication experience is prefered
Possess of relevant product knowledge and market understanding.Over 3 years experience in project or process management
Advanced experience in coordination of internal resources and cooperation with external customers.Muliti-international company working or cooperation experience
