职位描述

Pricing Strategies:Develop pricing strategies:
- Understanding and Transparency of Pricing systems of markets
- Installing pricing system development from current to the future appropriate to support the business development
- Understanding and Installing customer-related pricining policies and implementation guidelines
- Pricing for New Product lines and Repositioning for Old ones if necessary


Market Segmentation:

Active Contribute to Market Segementation
- Pricing for different segements (Strategy and Tactices and Process to implement)
- Competitive Pricing through Benchmark to competitors' product lines and their development
- Observe and active Recommendation in regards of development and perspectives


Monitoring and Report :

Pricing Reports and Pricing Intelligence
- Install necessary pricing reports to APAC and Market Managers
- Manage and steer the product profitablility and product mix in close co-operation with controlling
- Lead the local pricing teams to install sharing and reports necessary
- Research and deliver analysis on pricing movements and trends incl. competitors' pricing

Competitive Pricing:

Competitive Pricing strategies and Processes
- Competition-oriented pricing strategies
- Competitors' pricing through benchmark with other product lines and their developments
- Cost development tracking in coordination with Controlling, active proposal of pricing changes/increases
- Set and agree with markets about price changes and communicate externally in coordination with PR


Pricing Guidelines and Process :

Pricing Guidelines, Policies and Processes (active setting of business-driven reasonable guidelines and policies and install process for implementations)
- Sales accruals
- Promotion
- Product Launches
- Product pricing along with product life cycle
- Sell-In and Sell-out surveys or any other necessary


Pricing Tools:

Coordinate the PLT Pricing function with other EU headquarters' Pricing Mgmt
- Learn from the Best Practices (Processes, Tools, Case Stody)
- Deploying into APAC organization through proper task force or projects Resource Management :

Manage External necessary relationships with agencies, insititutes to get good intelligence.


U-grade business or finance degree.min 3-4 years experience in related field / Controlling or Marketing function.ability to manage small organization and to work with market management.International experience a plus / ability to adjust and comprehend different markets/business environment.
