Strategies:

·Benchmark and analyze competitors training organization as well as training best practices from within and outside industry.

·Develop training strategy focused on enabling the delivery of our business proposition throughout the trade organization

Trade Training Material Development:

· Conduct evaluation of training needs (gap analysis vs strategy)
· Build a map of required training modules

· Collect available training material throughout Conti organization
· Standardize training material throughout APAC · Create / Outsource missing training

Trade Training Delivery:

· Establish partnership with existing training organizations throughout APAC, including training centers
· Build team of trainers in markets through TTT programs
· Outsource when necessary on specific topics
· Designing system / process to deliver training throughout trade organization with best cost/quality ratio
· Coordinate delivery

Follow up:

· Set up process to measure quality of training delivery
· Ensure that employees receive the appropriate training in time
·Measure if training material has been integrated by trainees and whether it is having an impact on business results
· Define KPIs to track the above and fine-tune training content / delivery way/ organization according to results

Strategic pathways:

·lead or support "strategic pathways" through project management and functional input

University degree in Business, with minors in psychology, human resources.Certified trainer (from recognized organizations).Trainer, Training Manager in end user-focused organization including lots of front-line employees
Creative and innovative in thinking and implementation, business-minded, resourceful, energetic and driven, result-oriented
Passionate about learning and teaching.Experience in project management
Strength in steering complex projects with various stakeholders and interest groups.Managed a training department in foreign company (retail / hotel), preferably at regional / national level
Committed and convincing, Balancing the different needs and market specifics with business and strategic focus in mind, customer-centric.International experience (at minimum, working for foreign company)
Fluent English & Chinese (written and spoken). German is a plus.
