Audit: Planning, perform and evaluation of internal plant process Audits all areas for Conti and off-take plants as well as the conduction of QM System Audits in all relevant plants. Ensure the establishment of necessary corrective measures and follow up on the realization of the defined measures.

Concepts: Responsible to create, update and communicate reoccuring reports, to review the actual status, monitore the trends and if necessary to initiate corrective actions as well as responsible to create presentations out of this to report to upper Management

Cooperation: Consultant for other departments and projects in Quality related questions and responsibel to improve the cooperation with other central functions like Engineering, Process Development, R&D, Manufacturing, Central Customer Service and Marketing

Training: responsible to conduct technical training and Quality tools methodology with the plants and central functions. Standards: Development and continuous review / update of all necessary Product and Process Quality Standards in the all plant processes.Development and continuous improve all process related documentations as part of QM System in the all plant processes Project: Participate in projects out of the area Engineering, Process Development, R&D, Manufacturing, Central Customer Service and Marketing.Leading QM related projects
