- 建立并确定评审项目相关流程；
- 评审项目，跟踪并向管理层汇报；
- 建立课程学习项目质量管理的流程；
- 确定并沟通团队项目质量目标；
- 数据收集，指标及成绩监督；
- 作为项目团队的一员提出相关质量的建议，并建立/提高质量数据系统；
- 评审DFMEA并保证PFMEA和供应商完全的观念转变；
- 收集客户要求并转换成相关流程；
- 协助项目客户查访并报告；
- 确定安全项目存在标准，检测情况并报告；
- 评定项目的质量风险及其改进预防措施。

- 本科及以上学历，工程，电子专业的优先
- 3年从事汽车相关领域的质量控制或项目质量管理的经验；
- 有项目质量的经验。理解任何汽车项目的主要任务和成就；
- 能够在一个紧张工作环境中领导一个团队；
- 有良好的英语语言能力；
- 具有内部系统审计师和流程审计认证。
