1)Qualification:
BSME/MSME or physics background;
At least four to five years of solid working experience in hi-tech precision mechanical/optical machines/instruments R&D, design and assembly.
Project management experience is desirable
Proficient in the design of machined parts, proficient with Solid Works and have a fundamental understanding of precision mechanism design, motion systems integration (servos, bearings) and optical systems design.
Experience in molding design and production is desirable,
Good English skills both in reading, written and verbal communication,

2)Responsibilities:

To work through all phases of the product development cycle from R&D through prototype engineering and pre-production engineering to sustaining engineering.
Be responsible for R&D, product design and production in Shanghai,
To work with our R&D and production teams around the world and with our US head office,
To work with sourcing and logistic teams in our US head office and Asia Pacific offices
To train the technicians, technical support engineers
Assembly line team development,

-To lead the sales representatives along with the development of market,
