Embedded Engineer -- Software
Functional Responsibilities
1.Skilled in applying SW development process in all phases of V model.
2.Skilled in developing SW functional specification based on up-level requirement.
3.High competence in working on software design, coding, unit test, integration and functional acceptance test. Familiar with tools in whole chain.
4.Cooperate with project management role to define software project plan, do the backlog breakdown and work load estimation.
5.Experience in developing re-usable SW component.
6.Solid knowledge in C programming (with 12 kilo-line-of-code experience), RTOS, configuration management tools.
7.Experience in developing control algorithms
8.Experience working with simulation (e.g. with MATLAB and Dymola), but still a practical approach to the challenges (e.g. hand-on with LAB activities).
9.Experience in industrial communication protocol development.
10.Experienced in working with agile development method.
11.Risk awareness, able to identify potential risks and provide mitigations.
12.Work in a system view to understand the application case and product, to deliver best solution to customer.

Requirements
1.Graduated with MS degree in Computer science, Electrical engineering or Industrial Automation, or relevant majors.
2.3~5years or 5+ years in embedded software development, include design, documentation, implementation, test and configuration.
3.Fluent English in both written and oral.
4.Work experience with western company is preferred.
