- For our Industry Sector in SUZHOU,we are looking for a IM Buyer 间接物料采购专员 - 苏州西门子电器有限公司.

What are my responsibilities?

- Carrying out procurement activities in an area of indirect materials, with low degree of difficulty and/or PVO, with the objective of insuring supply and generating a contribution to operating profit while taking into account optimization of the total cost of ownership.

- Responsible for related commodity (ESN) to come to agreement, price negotiations for small volumes, to contribute to the profitability of the company.

- Translating requirements for small PVO indirect material and services into procurement requests, release orders and also monitoring the ordering and delivery process of suppliers, in order to grantee timely & availability.

- Support Group leader and following Procurement strategies, to ensure the long-term, cost-effective supply of indirect materials.

- Monitoring the national market, to bring new suppliers, product derivatives, and product innovations into the purchasing portfolio.

- Participating in working groups, to inform oneself and others about the product/supplier requirement and to exert influence accordingly.

- Following Compliance request and process.

- Contributing cost saving strategy and implement accordingly.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

- Bachelor and above in Engineering Background

- At least 3 years working in related technical or procurement areas

- Good knowledge of contract law, technology, process, quality

- Good communication and teamwork skills

- Fluent English communication
