职位描述:

Responsibilities:
- To monitor and evaluate PM team members’ performance.
- To train and build a strong and stable Project Management team.
- To lead the PM team to understand the overall localization process, to ensure successful projects and to meet company's and customers' expectation.
- To lead the PM team to optimize our localization process and ensure good project profit.
- To cooperate well with Translation team, DTP team and Engineering team.
- To manage and plan well the resources of PM team.
- To update Country Manger about PM team member’s performance timely, regularly, and accurately.

Requirements:
- University graduate with major in English, Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent discipline
- 3+ years experience in the localization industry, 3+ years experience in team management, with good understanding of the localization procedures and its technologies; Familiar with industry leading localization tools.
- Fluent in spoken and written English is essential.
- Must be analytical, with good planning and organizing abilities.
- Good interpersonal & communication skill and team building skills and familiar with SQL..
- Self-motivated, aggressive and able to work efficiently.
岗位职责:
1. 作为客户主要的联络点，独立处理来自客户的项目
2. 检查项目文件，核查工作量，提交报价
3. 了解项目要求，做好项目的前期准备和规划工作
4. 项目进行过程中，紧密跟踪生产过程，及时解决项目进行过程中出现的各种问题，并及时归纳总结
5. 与客户保持紧密联系，为客户提供优质服务和建设性意见
6. 项目结束后，备份项目文件，整理项目报告，核算项目成本和利润
职位要求:
1. 大学学历,计算机/信息科学/英语相关专业
2. CET 六级以上，英文听说读写流利
3. 3年以上工作经验,对本地化行业、流程、以及工具有深入了解
4. 优秀的规划能力，组织能力和管理能力
5. 逻辑性强，可以高效处理并发事务；
6. 优秀的沟通能力,团队协作能力和技巧,自我管理能力,高效率工作能力
7. 熟练使用SQL数据库（此项为必须条件）
