Vacancy description
? General: Responsible for the scheduled periodic inspection, breakdown repairs and the preparation for plant shutdowns, lead to do the RCI on pressurized mechanical system failure, and also mechanical material inspection offsite/onsite including pipe components, static equipments for MROS, MOC and strategy spare parts. In addition participate in vender audit, and also other item QA requirements such as MOC.
? Carry out in-coming goods received inspection.
? Manages all special equipments (pressure vessel, pressure piping, forklift, crane…etc.) and define, propose and follow-up inspections to ensure fully compliance.
? Carry out the fabrication/repair quality inspection for pipeline and static equipment.
? Carry out planned and breakdown inspections of static equipment.
? Liaise with the Local Inspection Authority for statutory inspections.
? Propose repair plans for equipment as necessary.
? Carry out stage inspections during repairs.
? Carry out MOC QA/QC.
? Assist in the audit/assessments of potential mechanical vendors.
? Supervising contractors to focus on painting; insulation; welding tasks as necessary.


Profile
? Qualified to Bachelor degree in Mechanical, Metallurgical or Materials Science
? Read/write/speak mandarin and English very well
? Possess a working knowledge of GB/ASME mechanical engineering standards.
? Possess a working knowledge of Chinese regulation on engineering discipline including pressure vessel, pressure piping, etc.
? Possess a basic knowledge of NDT techniques and their application.
? Teamwork and good communication skill.
