Vacancy description
? Coordinate and monitor all capital projects activities carried out on site, in compliance with the technical, legal and economic objectives and deadlines.
? Review the progress of capital project execution to ensure all projects can be done on budget, on schedule and in good quality without any safety issue.
? Provide technical supports to maintenance team to refine PM/MROS plan as needed.
? Continuously improve performance and results of Safety both within the service as with subcontractors, by developing and monitoring the implementation and effectiveness of project execution.
? When required, pilot and coordinate the general interest projects in APC at the Solvay group level. Leading or be involved in Capital projects/Six Sigma projects/LEAN projects as needed.
? Developing capital project execution procedures/workflows in Chanshu site to be align with company standards.
? Keep close communication with GEC to get expertise support whenever needed and fully follow the project execution standards.

Profile
? Process engineering or generalist background with minimum BS degree
? 8 years experiences in capital project manager role
? Strong project execution background with PMP certificate
? Management capability
? Good communication abilities, verbally and in written form.
? Good command in English and Mandarin.
? Good ability to organize and document
? Customer oriented
? Teamwork attitude
