Vacancy description
? Responsible for lab daily operation compliance with safety regulation
? Responsible for daily lab activities and data are comprehensively measured, trended, reported out timely
? Drive internal QRB findings closure and system analysis/monitoring closing status
? Responsible for ensure analytical activity efficiency and accuracy continuous improvement in order to optimize total cost of analysis
? Responsible for develop, execute and document quality complance with QMS requirement.
? Responsible for provide expertise to production and RD&T for product or process improvements.
? Responsible for personnel management and technician training
? Lab 5S and other activities

Profile
? Bachelor degree or above
? 5+ years work experience in lab leader role
? Strong scientific, technological & technical knowledge in the own domain of expertise
? Advanced knowledge of all relevant technologies and product applications (process understanding)
? Advanced knowledge in Safety & Environment rules.
? Leadership; get things done / implement on time and within budget
