1.0 REPORTS TO报告给: Supply Chain & Manufacturing Manager

2.0 MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES主要职责及责任:

2.1 Use the Labview software to develop the testing program that can be implemented in the test equipment/system, To Support Mass Build functional test on Unit level and PCBA level.

2.2 Responsible for the product release test(test sw and test hw) regarding the product final test, PCBA FT , trouble shooting, tear down, packaging for the PDU products in factory.

2.3 Lead the manufacturing test process and data analysis, trouble shooting and problem solving. Complete the test report.

2.4 Ensure the products performance parameters are correct and functions comply with the established specifications and requirements

Maintain a good recording system on tracking of the product test data and troubleshooting history. Create or develop proper test methods and tools to enhance test efficiency.

2.5 Coordinate with the OEM factories and internal departments for continues improvements.

4.0 Qualification:

4.1. Bachelor’s degree with major in Electrical/Electronic or Computer Engineering.

4.2 3+ years of experience in testing of electronic/mechanical products in manufacturing industry. Familiar with PCBA build process, and unit level assembly process.

4.3 Proficient in Labview development for ATE system (Auto Test Equipment). Experience on Auto test system setup/debug; familiar with PCBA test jig/BON development debug; Familiar with DFT concept, .

4.4 Familiar with IEEE488/RS232/RS485 communication; and familiar with Electrical Parameters measurement

4.5 Must be hands-on, intuitive and solution-oriented with good communication skills

4.6 Knowledge and experience in Quality Control and Problem Resolving method

4.7 Able to work with minimum or no supervision. Should be a strong team player with flexibility to adapt to organizational needs and priorities.

4.8 Good English communication skill.
