1. Develop proper test systems and install them in TEBS manufacturing plants in China (Shanghai), to meet production requirements.
2.Develop manual and semi-automated test systems.
3.Train test technician in the usage for all of the test systems.
4.Train technicians in the theory and practice of electronics fault finding.
5.Give technical support to production and other department.
6.Diagnose product faults and implement tests to find faults.
7.Understand battery/cell theory.
8.To assist in the incoming inspection in PCB, cell and other parts.
9.Investigate customer returns related electrical function.requirements.

1.At least 5 years experience in industry with 3 years in a Test Engineer or EE position working in a test or RD department which services Production design, Inspection, Test, and other areas requiring test and gauge fixtures. 2. Bachelor Degree in Electronics and Electrical Engineering or above;
3. Ability to work in a team environment with other Engineers and Technicians and be able to direct the Test Technicians in their day to day function.
4. Must be able to interface with managers from other disciplines in a co-ordinated manner and be able to meet product/process targets in realistic timeframes.

5. Must be computer literate with a working knowledge of Windows, Word, Excel, and AutoCAD.

6.Experience with analogue and digital electronic circuits, RF circuits, and faultfinding to component level. Hands on experience with a range of standard test equipment such as Digital Multi-meters and Oscilloscopes.
7. Have experience of quality tools such as Pareto, Histograms, Scatter diagrams, FMEA, and Root Cause Analysis.
8. Familar with C language or assembly language and MCU design.
