Responsibilities岗位职责：
1、Casting automation equipment design铸造自动化设备设计
The special equipment design in casting and handling project, especially design the robot gripper and fixture and drawing parts drawings.
铸造及其搬运项目中相关专用设备设计，尤其是机器人抓手和相关工装夹具设计。
零部件图纸的绘制，校对。
2、Technical documents management.技术文档管理。
Perfect the product instruction and maintenance manual.完善设计产品的操作说明与保养手册。
Perfect the ERP information of the product.完善设计产品的ERP信息。
3、Technical Support.技术支持。
Assist the production department to complete the equipment installation and testing.
配合生产完成设备的安装与调试。
Provide the relevant technical support to layout and purchase department.
配合方案部及采购部提供必要的技术支持。

Requirements岗位要求：
1、Above five years mechanical design working experience in automation industry ,major in mechanical automation.
5-6年工业自动化行业机械设计工作经验，机械自动化专业。
2、Good mechanical design knowledge, could design non-standard equipment independently, familiar with automation production line and conveying equipment, familiar with casting process is preffered.
扎实的机械设计基础，能独立进行非标设备的设计工作。熟悉自动化生产线及输送设备。有机器人抓手设计工作经验者优先, 熟悉铸造工艺优先考虑。
2、Familiar with pneumatic knowledge and understanding of the hydraulic and electrical. Proficient on the cylinder, solenoid valves, motors, hydraulic cylinders, rails, ball screws, suction cups, etc. Selection.
熟悉气动知识，了解液压与电气。能熟练对气缸、电磁阀、电机、液压缸、导轨、滚珠螺杆、吸盘等进行选型。
3、Use UG skillfully.熟练使用UG设计软件。
4、Familiar with machining and heat treatment processes.
熟悉常用的机加工工艺和热处理知识。
