Job overview

？ General: Responsible for the scheduled periodic inspection, breakdown repairs and the preparation for plant shutdowns, lead to do the RCI on pressurized mechanical system failure, and also mechanical material inspection offsite/onsite including pipe components, static equipments for MROS, MOC and strategy spare parts. In addition participate in vender audit, and also other item QA requirements such as MOC.

？ Carry out in-coming goods received inspection.

？ Manages all special equipments (pressure vessel, pressure piping, forklift, crane…etc.) and define, propose and follow-up inspections to ensure fully compliance.

？ Carry out the fabrication/repair quality inspection for pipeline and static equipment.

？ Carry out planned and breakdown inspections of static equipment.

？ Liaise with the Local Inspection Authority for statutory inspections.

？ Propose repair plans for equipment as necessary.

？ Carry out stage inspections during repairs.

？ Carry out MOC QA/QC.

？ Assist in the audit/assessments of potential mechanical vendors.

？ Supervising contractors to focus on painting; insulation; welding tasks as necessary.

Skills/Ex-perience Required

Basic education:

？ Qualified to Bachelor degree in Mechanical, Metallurgical or Materials Science

General knowledge:

？ Read/write/speak mandarin and English very well

？ Possess a working knowledge of GB/ASME mechanical engineering standards.

？ Possess a working knowledge of Chinese regulation on engineering discipline including pressure vessel, pressure piping, etc.

？ Possess a basic knowledge of NDT techniques and their application.

？ Teamwork and good communication skill.
