SUMMARY
概述
The Help Desk Support position will be a hands-on position. We seek someone who is able to assume a broad set of responsibilities, who will be accountable, a self starter and a quick learner.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
基本岗位职责
This list of duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities as management may deem necessary to meet the needs of the organization from time to time, as needed.
主要岗位职责包括但不限于以下方面，根据公司管理方面的需要，还会有一些相关的工作内容。
1. Phone and email support of users and network devices
用户网络使用、电话、邮件系统使用方面的支持。
2. Assist in managing office network infrastructure
协助管理办公室的网络基础架构。
3. Assist in maintaining servers, running daily backups
协助维护服务器、做好日常数据备份。
4. Maintaining and improving employees' desktop/laptop/workstation/printers/copiers
维护、管理员工的台式机、笔记本、工作站、打印、复印等设备。
5. Procurement of new desktop/laptop/WS
负责新的台式机、笔记本、工作站的采购。
6. Assist upgrading of desktop systems
协助完成用户计算机的系统升级。
7. Trouble shoot Associate’s desktops/laptops to ensure proper function
分析并解决用户台式机、笔记本的日常故障。
8. Be able to follow documentation procedure and work within the confines of company ISO procedures
能够根据文档的要求完成各项操作，能在公司IS0体系认证的要求下完成工作。

QUALIFICATIONS
任职资格
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Candidate requires an associate degree in computers or a related discipline with prior work experience being preferred. Candidates preferably had prior help desk role within an ISO environment.
为了能很好的胜任这个工作岗位，要求求职者能具备一下所列技能或者知识。要求求职者具有计算机方面大专或以上文凭。有相关工作经验特别是在通过ISO认证的企业里担任过用户支持岗位。

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED
专业知识与技能要求
1. Must be able to install software, backup systems, diagnose issues, report issues, install cabling, install door lock controls, configure cell phones, and configure copiers.
必须能独立完成软件安装，操作备份系统，安装网络线，配置电话、复印、打印、门禁设备等，有分析问题，解决问题能力。
2. Must have Experience with Windows XP/7 both as a user and as an administrator.
必须有使用及维护管理Windows XP/7 的实际经验。
3. Must be familiar with MS Office, Remote Desktop Connection, Outlook, IE/Chrome, and Printer setup.
必须熟悉微软Office,远程桌面，Outlook ,IE/其他浏览器，打印机安装等工作。
4. Requires good oral and written communication skills in order to interact professionally and courteously with other Associates and (vendors, customers).
要求有良好的书面和口头沟通技巧，能很好的通同事及我们的供应商、客户沟通。
5. Must be able to work independently with little supervision.
能独立自主的完成各项工作。
6. Prefer experience with ERP system, Virtual Machine environment(MS、VMWARE，etc), MS Exchange, MS Domain administration, and MS Database server.
对有ERP系统，服务器虚拟化（微软、VWMARE，等），微软Exchange，域管理，数据库管理等方面经验的优先考虑。
7. Preference will be given to candidates with recent MCP certifications.
有微软授权认证证书的优先考虑。
8. Must speak fluent Mandarin Chinese and ability to communicate in English.
必须能流利的使用普通话，能使用英语进行沟通交流。
