职位/Position : 发动机整机质检班长 Powertrain Quality Inspection Unit leader

职位描述/Position Description：

1.管理发动机质量检查班组

Manage engine quality inspection team

2.分析并改进班组安全、质量、成本、交期、环境和士气

Analyze and improve safety, quality, cost, delivery, environment and morale of team

3.管理检查质检工团队；建立及组织最终检测线及来料工作流程（发动机终检， 负载台架，发动机地方审核，来料接收等）

Manage inspection operation workers team; Build & organize the end of line & incoming parts workflow (Final check engine, charge bench, pallet audit, incoming parts reception…)

4.支持上级主管完成部门目标

Support quality supervisor/manager to fulfill department targets

主要职责/Major Responsibilities:

1.遵守各项规章制度，流程及法规，确保持续遵守标准，实现区域各项目标。

Respect rules and regulations and ensure standards are continuously respected to reach all the targets in his area.

2.在相关班组执行CAPSA卓越体系，并协助主管或经理进行CES培训，审核，改进工作等

Implement CAPSA Excellent System standards in his area and assist supervisor/manager with CES training, auditing and improving, etc.

3.按公司的要求制定相关标准，编写并确认相关区域作业指导书。

Define standards in accordance with company requirement, write & validate work instruction for his unit.

4.领导及支持调整工实施各项改善工作，改善有关工作效率，环境及可持续性的标准。

Lead and support monitor for improvement activities in all respects to improve standards of work efficiency, working condition, maintainability, etc.

5.快速处理异常情况，以保证生产正常，并实施对策以防异常再发。

Dispose abnormalities quickly to ensure normal production and carry out countermeasures to prevent recurrence.

6.管理班组，总结质量，成本，交付原始数据。

Manage his Unitary Element of Production (UEP) and summarize the original quality, cost, delivery data.

7.确保班组所有工位人员技能达到2级认证水平。

Certify to be level 2 on all workstations of his area.

任职条件Qualifications:

1.大专或高级技工学校毕业

College or senior technical school graduated

2.2年以上班组管理经验

More than 2 years in quality team leader position experiences

3.2年以上发动机装配工作经验或5年以上装配工作经验

More than 2 years experiences in engine assemble line or 5 years experiences in assemble line

4.基本个人电脑技术知识

Basic Personal computer's skill and knowledge

5.英语使用技能

English language ability
