职位描述
Major responsibilities:
？ Develop sourcing strategies and implement them for specific clients.
？ Collaborate with clients to achieve program goals.
？ Work closely with team members to provide guidance on the process of sourcing, reporting, quality assessment and compliance, and how to deal effectively with vendors.
？ Maintain a close working relationship with clients in order to understand their needs and market trends so as to ensure the team sources and supplies the right product to the client and at the right price, quality product samples are developed according to clients’ specifications and delivered on time.
？ Maintain a good working relationship with vendors and review their pricing, samples, quality and delivery on a regular basis.
？ Set goals and standards for team members and assisting them to meet those goals.
？ Responsible for employing new staff, motivating and evaluating staff and to instigate a high level of ethical practice and be an example for staff to follow.
？ Complete reasonable ad hoc tasks requested by superiors.
