职位描述
岗位职责：
1. 负责对公司内部销售人员、代理商导购人员进行产品、营销、促销、品牌等培训
2. 负责编写公司销售人员、代理商人员的年度培训实施计划和预算计划，批准后组织实施
3. 公司产品培训资料制定，不断完善培训体系，建立培训资料库
4. 根据公司产品结合销售经验提炼话术
5. 负责合理安排培训资源
6. 安排和管理销售人员培训，审核公司销售业务学习情况。
任职条件：
1、大专及以上学历，3年以上培训工作经验
2、有较强的团队意识和管理能力，有实际销售经验。
3、具备很强的责任心、上进心及团队精神。
4、有较强的协作沟通能力，工作认真仔细，抗压力较强
5、适应出差。
