Duties and Responsibilities:
The Service Manager directs and maintains the Housekeeping Department in accordance with polices, standards and guidelines established by Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts.


Requirement:
- PA Background
- Good spoken English
- Excellent English and Chinese writing
- Assistant Executive Housekeeper experience in a 5 star hotel for 2 years
- Computer literate
- Financial knowledge
