Responsibilities

1) Mainly focus on general tools & equipment ;
2) Bench mark engineering price, manufacturing, installation price and maintenance price in scope of supply.
3) Work with user department, and clear define the product and service need to purchase;
4) Identify suppliers and perform RFQ together with user department;
5) Evaluate supplier quotation, negotiate with supplier, clear delivery and quality issues and recommend supplier;
6) Contract with supplier after recommendation approved by management team.
7) Manage the contract with supplier and track the engineering and construction progress.



Qualifications

1) Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (Better integrated with Electronic) or related engineering fields
2) Experience in tools and equipment sourcing for auto company is preferred
3) Good communication skills, efficiency in English and good command of Mandarin
4) Good knowledge in using Microsoft software: Excel, PowerPoint and Project.
