1. Responsible for leading the development of new process technologies and optimization of existing process technology activities. As the technology competence owner, he is obligated to setup the key process specialist team, provide support and give suggestion to production, project, and maintenance team. Responsible for equipment suppliers benchmark in terms of their technology know how in Chinese market. Create local company standard in consideration of costs, quality, and service, cooperation with headquarters in development of new strategies for technology to secure competitive advantage and innovation.

负责领导新工艺技术的开发和现有工艺技术的优化。作为技术能力人员，他的责任是建立关键技术的专家团队，提供给生产，项目，维修支持和建议。负责本土设备供应商的专业技术的基准和了解。帮助提高本地公司在成本，质量，服务方面的认识，与总部合作发展新技术战略。

2. Professional support for production in terms of production engineering (coordination of new start-ups, machine setup, system parameters, machine engineering, material, etc.) with involved org. units to ensure smooth, low cost and reliable production start-up

根据生产工程专业支持 （协调新启动，设备安装，系统参数，材料等）与相关单位保持顺利的低成本和可靠的生产启动.

3. Analysis of sources of error or low first pass yields and determination of causes in context with equipment, machines and processes used and establishment of measures for their elimination; determination of optimization possibilities to ensure process reliability, minimize reject production and increase quality.

分析误差来源或低的一次通过率，然后根据设备，机器和实施过程确定原因，并建立消除措施；确定优化的可能性来确保过程的可靠性，减少废品生产和提高产品质量。

4. Advancement of present processes and implementation of new processes to secure know-how and competitive head-start as well as reduce costs and promote recycling.

5. Support to evaluate production equipment data and decisions for correcting degree of utilization (scrapping, moving production, procurement of equipment, etc.) as well as cooperation in working out investment plans to achieve optimum utilization of production equipment as well as optimum production conditions.

支持评估生产设备数据和决定纠正利用程度（报废，产线搬迁，采购设备等等）同时合作制定投资计划来实现最佳生产设备的利用和最佳生产条件。

6. Coordination of projects, working out guidelines and cooperation in procedures for standardization to make production and process more reliable and efficient.

协调项目，制定指导方针和程序标准化合作，使生产过程更可靠、高效。

Necessary Requirements 任职资格

1. Associate degree

学士学位

2. English , German is an advantage

3. Certified engineer for plastics technology& Certified engineer for production engineering.

4. 4 years in production and process engineering

5. Detailed technology know how Automotive or Electronics Industry Experience
