主要职责:
1. Team work spirit

2. Keep all equipment in good situation and in responsibility of daily maintenance
确保各装备完好并负责设备每日的常规保养
3. Know the safty knowledge about line and can make training to operators
掌握流水线的安全知识并能对操作工进行培训
4. Know quality requirement of products, sometime can deal with critical issues by self
了解产品的质量要求，有时能自行处理紧急（临界状态）的问题
5. Can judge material in different process
具备各个流程的材料判断能力
6. Handle all work positions’ operation in line
掌握流水线的所有工位操作技能
7. Make change over for whole line
能对流水线进行整体换型
8. Due to current situation of production, arrange labors reasonablely and maximize the efficiency
根据生产现状合理安排人员，发挥最大效率
9. Due to current situation of finished parts, adjust parameter of machine to make trouble shooting
根据产品状态，对设备参数进行调整以消除不良影响
10. Make calculation for scrap materials and collect them in right place
统计材料的报废并做好收集工作
11. Prepare material in advance for the following order
为下一个订单准备好材料
12. Participate in CIP activities and make collection for whole line
收集流水线上所有的CIP并积极参与其中
13. Summarize experience for creating an using handbook
总结生产过程中的经验使之成为流水线实用手册
14. Correctly and immediately report to coach of production status
准确、及时地向主管汇报生产状况
15. Other assignment by direct superior
完成上级交办的其他任务
岗位要求:
1. College degree, major in mechanics
大专学历,主修机械专业
2. Basic English knowledge
有基本的英语知识
3. Have more than 2 years working experience, have the experience of technician or shift leader
两年以上工作经验,有过技术员或领班工作经验
4. With knowledge of motor or with the experience of rotor/stator manufacture is preferred
有马达知识背景或定子/转子生产经验的优先考虑
