Tasks:

1. Collect and check/pay employee travel/expense reimbursement

2. arrange payment list .

3. Be familiar with foreign currency transaction.

4. Record the cash and bank daily journal accurately,

5. Buy/issue vat invoice, be familiar with golden tax system, VAT invoice verification on weekly basis.

6. Prepare weekly cash position report to monitor the cash flow.
7. Assist the manager to manage the bank accounts. Communicate with banks and handle all kinds of bank issues independently,
8.Support to finish the external audit successfully.

9. Voucher bookbinding.

10. Translate email and technical documentation etc.

11. Administrative affair

Requirements:
(Required education, experience, certifications, and competencies.)
1.University degree or above in accounting or English field
2.At least 1 year working experience as a Cashier
3.Good knowledge of general accounting procedures
4.Familiar with bank daily operations and procedures
5.Self-motivated and a good organizer and team player
6.Good interpersonal and communication skills
7.Good computer knowledge of Office software, knowledge of accounting software is a plus
8.Good English both in read and written
