职位描述
岗位职责：
1.负责客户订单的系统处理，根据库存及生产计划状况确认客户订单或进行延期改量沟通。
2.负责生产计划的SAP系统实施，定期检查原材料及生产包材库存状况。保证生产正常持续运行的同时防止库存过剩。
3.准备原材料的进口报关资料；根据生产及库存状况合理安排到货时间。
4.负责日常发货的计划与实施及送货单据的制作。负责与仓库，物流供应商及客户做关于送货安排的沟通与协调。跟进送货进程，保证货物按照客户要求准时送达。
5.确保SAP销售收入及销售运输费用当期及时，正确过账。
6.负责生产及其他废料出售的系统操作，为财务开票提供开票凭证，每月为SHE协调员提供废料出售相关数据。
7.参与岗位工作指导及岗位相关SAP操作文档的制作。
8.供应链管理部门经理指派的其他任务。
岗位要求：
1.大专以上, 有一定相关工作经验。
2.自信，友好,有耐心。
3.电脑及Office操作熟练，有SAP操作经验优先。
4.具有良好的沟通能力。
5.英语说写良好。
