In charge of ？？the production plan making according to sales demanding, Coordinating shift supervisor and operators to ensure the products quality, quantity and delivery schedule to meet customers’ requirement. Control all operation by following plant SOP (Safety Operation Procedure),

·？？？？？？？？ 负责协调实验室与生产之间的工作衔接,及ＳＡＰ相关数据输入。

Be responsible for coordinating Lab and production, and SAP data input.

·？？？？？？？？ 负责日常的生产计录并汇总每日、每周及月度生产报表.

In charge of production record, submit daily, weekly and monthly production report

·？？？？？？？？ 及时判断和解决生产及操作过程中出现的各类问题,并作为解决生产操作问题的专家。根据需要制定相关规定及操作规程.

Monitoring and solving in line operation problem and issues. As a subject Matter Expert for plant operation. Develop all related procedure and operation instruction.

·？？？？？？？？ 协调维修部门进行工厂设备的日常检查和维护,做好维修计划和记录。

Coordinate maintenance department for the routine inspection and preventive maintenance activities of plant facility. Do the plan for equipment maintenance and keep the record.

Train the new operator and keep all training record

·？？？？？？？？ 参与质量、安全事件和客户投诉的调查，并负责改正活动的具体实行。

Participating the investigation of quality, safety incidents and customer complaint, and implement the action plan.
