Job Description:
Responsible for all activities related to production, logistics flow,quality, and EHS in Shanghai plant. Timely report to plant manager of SH and keep closely communication with management & other function department.
1. To manage the overall operation of the facilities in Shanghai and to provide supervision, guidance and control over the operation system;
2. To ensure good communication and coordination among different departments, with other locations and the regional office;
3. Responsible for planning and coordinating distribution activities such as order processing and transportation in order to ensure smooth and timely customer deliver;
4. Responsible for developing and managing organization-wide environmental safety/health policies to meet regulation requirements;
5. To establish and implement production schedules, methods, and processes; Work out the annual operation budget and ensure it implemented
6. To plan, organize and administrate activities associated with all the activities of shipment including the development of policies and procedures to ensure the successful, on-schedule goods in compliance with relevant regulations;
7. Effectively manage working capital related items such as finish goods and raw material;
8. To identify the resource requirement for operations running and make requirement plan to senior management team;
9. Employee performance management;
10. Support internal/external audit;

Job Requirements:
- Diploma or above
- 5+ years experience
- Must be working at simlar level now
- Must have direct management experience
- Good command in both spoken and written English
- Skillful with Microsoft office software
- Excellent inter-personal, communication & presentation skills
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills, and good decision making capability
- Good team player
- Knowledge in ISO 14000/ISO 9000
