Principal Accountability

1. 解决日常销售的技术问题 Solve daily technical query from sales
2. 负责所属地区产品的现场安装与维护的指导工作 Guidance of product installation and maintenance at site
3. 协助销售处理订单流程 Assist sales with order processing
4. 协同相关部门处理产品质量与售后问题 Coordinate relevant departments for quality or aftersales claims
5. 开展对经销商的技术培训 Technical training to customer and distributors
6. 建筑五金配置表的准备和编写Preparation of architectural hardware specifications and schedules
7. 汇总整理常用产品技术资料 Collect and summarize specifications of common products
8. 其他由公司主管指派的合理工作 Other designated proper work from supervisor

Qualification

1.Good resource of regional architectural design institutes
2.Bachelor’s degree or above in mechanical engineering / civil architecture or related
3.At least 2 years’ experience in door hardware or building materials industry
4.Good knowledge of ANSI and/or EN standards door hardware products
5.Experience in construction project processes
6.Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft applications and Auto CAD
7.Good written and spoken English
