职位描述

Purpose:

  • Develop & directs implementation of plans and/or programs, which is within the framework of the overall corporate policies, to ensure the most effective utilization of human resources to support business objectives.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:



Recruitment and Training

  • Develop and operate the cycle of experienced recruiting, including sourcing, candidates profile, selection, interview, evaluation, offering and referral process;
  • Develop professional and efficient selection skills and train line managers to improve their target selection skills;
  • Drive, develop and deliver training programs to enhance staff capability to support strategic plans
  • Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude towards organizational objectives

Organization Development, People Development, Capability Development

  • Develop employee to maximize people potential through training and development initiatives, such as succession plan, career development plan;
  • Design and implement programs and initiatives to promote the organizational culture;


Performance Management

  • Organize and administrate the establishment, adjustment and development of performance appraisal system to in line with organizational objectives in different phrases;
  • Coordinate and facilitate the implementation of performance appraisal, providing valued advice to dept. on how to develop the evaluation work;


Compensation & Benefits

  • Develops and administers compensation and benefit programs/process/practice based on the HR strategy to ensure equitable and competitive pay practices;
  • Performs and oversees analysis of job worth, salary surveys, competitive wage rates and other related compensation and benefits projects;

Labor Relations


  • Implement employee communication policy and system
  • Develop, implement and promote local programs to encourage a culture of high performance and reinforcing the company values;
  • Lead and manage various employee welfare and recreational activities.

Requirements:

  • University degree in Economic, and or Business Administration preferred
  • Min.3 years of experience in Human Resources in foreign invested company covering Recruitment, C&B, Performance management, Organization Change and Labor Relations and general HR functions
  • Strong organization, facilitation and training skills
  • Familiar with labor law and relevant regulation
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English
