职位描述
Essential job functions and requirement
1.To perform weekly quality & manufacturing processes analysis for products.
2.To perform monthly field quality analysis for products(AFR,Customer complaint)
3.ODM/CM Management:
To support audits yearly each product. Report & corrective action. Monthly follow-up audits.
Distributing monthly AFR numbers to JDM/CM and drive corrective actions.
Making CM/ODM implement the agreed Supplier Quality Plan.
4.To solve manufacturing problems in a timely manner
5.1st level sustaining engineering for products
6.To control FPY for assembly and calibration within targets. Support formalize and document existing ME and Quality processes
Key Metrics
1.Support NPI locally whenever needed
2.Perform DFM on all new NPI projects planned to be manufactured in Asia
3.Drive locally set up of manufacturing line with ODM/CM
4.Tooling deviation vs. RKU
5.AFR after 12 months vs. RKU
6.Time to market vs. RKU
7.AFR deviation from RKU to 12 months after FCS
Minimum Qualifications
1.5 or more years experience in manufacturing,quality or supplier management
2.Must have a strong quality and engineering background
3.Must have solid business sense and experience dealing directly with suppliers and/or customers
4.Ability to interface and influence worldwide teams in USA and Europe
5.Experience working remotely
6.Excellent English and Mandarin communication skills (written and verbal)
7.Responsiveness and strong accountability to meet or exceed objectives
Valued qualifications
1.International experience
2.Mechanical engineering experience
3.Database knowledge (data extraction and analysis. Microsoft SQL or similar)
4.Experience in software development
5.Having a good network within the EE and mechanical industry serving imaging and IT markets would be nice to have.
6.Color management or measuring instruments related technologies expertise

Master or B.S in engineering (ideally major in mechanical engineering)or quality
