网店管理
德国公司，在香港，澳门，台湾分销售欧洲品牌生活用品和礼品等，我们正在寻找网店管理.
主要职责：
- 规划，设计，实施，管理和维护公司网页与网店；
- 不断优化发展商品范围，
- 网站的管理，店铺的管理（包括促销信息，产品图片，产品说明，Flash动画）
- 开发一些网店销售策略
- 产品售前和售后客户服务
- 订单管理和运送
- 识别新的电子商务形式，或者在线的各种潜在可能，重点是品牌销售点的销售平台
- 评估网店的浏览量和销售数据，不断提高效率。
要求：
- 在电子商务和网上零售业的经验，有欧洲中高端品牌产品的经验更佳，产品主要设计生活用品，手表，珠宝，文具等各类中高端产品；
-对商业意识的理解和鉴赏能力；
- 良好的在线技术，包括一些实际操作经验；
- 有现有的销售平台操作经验更佳（Taobao.com，Tmall.com，360buy.com，...）
- 强大的自我激励意识
如现有的零售平台的网店协议更佳，如天猫淘宝，；
性格开朗的中国人或者外国人。

Online Shop Specialist / E-Commerce Specialist (CHINA)
A company under German management based in Hong Kong acting as sole distributor of
various European Design Brands for Lifestyle Products and Gifts in Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan
and PRC is looking for a MANAGER SALES & MARKETING (CHINA) working independently from
China (best based Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Shanghai also possible)
Primary Responsibilities:
- planning, design, implementation, administration and maintenance of our
own website and online shop platform
- continuous optimization and further development of range of goods
- content management, shop and website content
(promotional teaser, product images, product descriptions, flash animations)
- development of webmarketing strategies (SEO webmarketing, cooperations)
- pre and post sales customer service
- order management and logistics
- identify new e-tail opportunities and potential online
points of sale platforms for brand placement
- Evaluate traffic and sales data for online shops and continually
improve effectiveness of campaigns and content
Your Profile:
- experience in e-commerce and e-tail markets, preferably in European (premium) brands
(lifestyle goods, watch, jewelry, stationery …)
- Must have a good understanding and appreciation of commercial awareness
- good working knowledge of online technologies, including some hands-on experience
with (X) HTML and CSS advantageous
- experience on existing sales platforms (Taobao.com, Tmall.com, 360buy.com, …)
- top-self-motivation
- preferably existing e-tail contacts
- open minded Chinese or a foreigner
- target performance
