礼宾客服专员
职位描述：
- 为入住潮域酒店式公寓的客户提供高效专业的问询和接待服务；
- 与相关部门共同协作，安排每套出租房屋的备房，以确保每套房屋都具备良好的出租状态；
- 安排客户的入住及退房，以及相关租金的收款工作；
- 负责日常的前台接待及部分行政事宜。

任职要求：
- 积极专业的工作状态，较强的团队协作精神；
- 具备一定的服务意识，对于电话问询要有较强的反应速度；
- 较强的英文口语及书写表达能力，大学英语6级以上；
- 具备一定的组织沟通能力；
- 主动学习相关售后服务及市场开拓的相关事宜；
- 大学本科及以上学历；
- 有酒店礼宾接待经验者优先（欢迎应届毕业生投递该岗位）。

Concierge Officer
Job Description:
- help Aquaspace serviced apartment guests with service inquiries, to provide efficient and professional service
- manage apartment preparation & maintenance with Aquaspace team, to maintain the condition of the properties
- manage check-in, check-out and payments for Aquaspace guests
- manage reception & admin related duties for Aquaspace Shanghai

Requirements:
- positive and professional attitude and team spirit
- service oriented and capable to react quickly to requests over the phone
- excellent command of spoken and written English CET 6 or above
- communication and organization skills are a must
- willingness to learn about after service and marketing
- University degree or above
- concierge or service experience is a plus (fresh graduate is also welcome)
