Role: Web / User Experience Designer（UI & UE 设计师）

Role:

The Technology Solutions team is responsible for the delivery of large research projects, interpreting vast amounts of data and building on-line reporting solutions. We are looking for a web designer to take client briefs and convert into visualisations / wireframes and to produce outstanding screen designs with first rate usability. You will work in a client facing capacity to acquire briefs along with a Project Manager.

Skills / Experience:
The candidate will have at least two years’ experience delivering the full design process and must have a portfolio to demonstrate their designs and thinking process
Experience in toolkits such as Axure RP, Balsamiq, Photoshop etc
Experience with responsive frameworks such as Twitter Bootstrap or Zurb Foundation
Ideally have experience designing responsively across multiple platforms not just web. There would be a smaller requirement for print.
Experience of developing user engagement strategy and concepting based on a solid understanding of the target audience and their core behaviors and needs
Ability to work collaboratively and experience working in multidisciplinary teams
Stakeholder management skills
Degree in Design, similar or equivalent experience
Front End Development HTML 4&5 / CSS / JQuery / AJAX is desirable but not essential
Good English communication skills in writing and speaking

熟练应该主流设计工具，photoshop，Balsamig等
熟悉相关框架比如bootrap
精通DIV+CSS，能将设计转换为主流浏览器兼容的html
能够适应同时为数个项目服务
英文听说写熟练
