YOUR TASKS // Your work is Configuration Manager in Shanghai Electronics System Team. Your duties are both demanding and varied:



Technical leadership for local software engineering activities to design and develop electronic products

Establish quality and timeliness of all design reviews in all product lines. Coordinate globally to insure appropriate experts review design and insure lessons learned are incorporated

Responsible for product line business acquisition activities from technical perspective, including quotation/technical presentation material, Prepare presentation for review meetings with customer & local management. Responsible for product engineering support of manufacturing.

Set-up, organise and adapt the organisation of software team in different location to guarantee software team resilience & competitiveness

Defines, set-up, implements SW Quality System including continuous improvement actions in all locations.

Manages Software Team’s Know-how to guarantees Software development best in class Efficiency and Quality

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS // Your profile is as varied as your new duties, you will have,



- 8 years project work experience (as project team member) in automotive electronics

- 5 years management experience in automotive electronics

– SW development background for automotive industry

- Ability to negotiate deliverables with the customer/internal

- Ability to keep a reliable overview on multidciplinary activities

- Project management methodology
